Cleaning the board: Use lukewarm water and a soft sponge, then dry immediately for optimal hygiene. Do not put in the dishwasher, do not let it soak, and do not use abrasive cleaners that could warp or dry out the wood. Once a month, apply a thin layer of food-grade oil (linseed, grapeseed, or special wood oil) to nourish the surface, maintain its natural protection, and ensure maximum durability. If light marks appear, a light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper will be enough to smooth the surface. Well-maintained, your board will only become more beautiful with time.
