For protection and a natural finish, our products are oiled with an enriched oil, similar to beeswax. Wash them by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry them to keep them shiny. Avoid the dishwasher and regularly apply food-grade oil to the wood.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery estimate is available on this same page under the "Add to cart" button. We offer delivery to a relay point or via Colissimo by La Poste. Please allow 48 to 72 working hours for postal delays in mainland France.
To receive your order sooner (48 working hours for creation + 48 to 72 working hours for delivery), add the option "fast creation" available on this page before adding your pouch to the cart.
How can I receive my order faster?
If you wish to receive your order within 4 business days, please select the "fast production" option above the "add to cart" button.

How do I add a design to my product?
Answer "yes" to the question "I want to add a photo, a logo" on the same page.
We adjust each image to your product as best as possible (photos are converted into drawings for engraving)

I received my order and there's a mistake, what should I do?
If we make a mistake, no worries, we'll fix it. However, if the mistake is yours, you will be responsible for the costs.
