For protection and a natural finish, our products are oiled with an enriched oil, similar to beeswax. Hand wash them with warm water and mild soap, then dry them to keep them shiny. Avoid the dishwasher and regularly apply food-grade oil to the wood.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery estimate is available on this page under the "Add to Cart" button. We offer delivery to a relay point or via Colissimo by La Poste. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for postal delivery within metropolitan France.
To receive your order sooner (48 business hours for production + 48 to 72 business hours for delivery), add the option "express production" available on this page before adding your pouch to the cart.
How can I receive my order faster?

How do I add a design to my product?
Please answer "yes" to the question "I want to add a photo, a logo" on the same page.
We will adjust each image as best as possible on your product (photos are converted into drawings for engraving)
Add your own image, your establishment's logo or other... Upload your image (PNG format and the best possible image quality are preferred, please).
Where are the engravings made?
Your engravings are proudly engraved in France, in a small workshop in Charente-Maritime
I've received my order and there's a mistake, what should I do?
If we make a mistake, don't worry, we'll fix it. However, if you make a mistake, the costs will be at your expense.
